Direct Support Professional

Provide day-to-day support to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, helping them build skills, maintain routines, and feel safe and respected at home.

Requirements (example): High school diploma or equivalent, compassionate and patient demeanor, ability to follow care plans and documentation, willingness to work scheduled shifts.

House Coordinator

Lead the day-to-day operations of a residential home, supporting staff, coordinating care, and ensuring that residents receive consistent, high-quality support.

Requirements (example): Experience in residential or healthcare settings, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to manage schedules, documentation, and team coordination.
